LatchKey Gallery in partnership with Art in America, Art Money, ARTNOIR and MW Projects is pleased to present A Bronx Tale, an online exhibition and one day private studio exhibition experience featuring the works of Alteronce Gumby, Dario Calmese, Lucia Hierro, Nate Lewis, Patrick Alston, Stan Squirewell, Tariku Shiferaw and Tiffany Gomez.
The exhibition takes place in a key part of the New York art scene, the South Bronx,where history has shown to be a creative mecca. In a landscape of diverse practices and perspectives, each artist discusses current urgencies in our society that tell the story of our contemporary human condition. From reforming history through collage to highlighting the ordinary object into large-scale sculptures, each artist gives an interrelating perspective of our varied narratives.
